Misahualli or Puerto Misahualli is located in 24 km from Tena, capital of provincaia Napo, Ecuador. The Ministry of Tourism of Ecuador has announced this village as being the first Amazonic Port and a part of birdwatching route of Amazonia. At the end of the week and public holidays it turns to a touristy place, the other days it is a small sleeping amazonic village with 500 inhabitants, some hotels and indigenous communities kichwa around.
